18 months of my Love. My sunshine. My peanut. My son.
My Greyson.
Where has the time gone? I've been meaning to catch up on keeping up, and came across some advice online that said to do a blog and then publish it as a book through blurb.com.
And so it begins. Our memories, photographs, tidbits, and shenanigans of us as a family.
I want to remember the little things like Greyson bringing the cat her toy, tucking it gently by her foot. I want to remember the little pug snort noise Grey randomly makes. I want to remember how earnestly Grey waves "guh-nye" (goodnight, for those not fluent in Baby-nese), to the toys, candles, stuffed animals, and pictures on the wall. The depth of heart I already see in this kid astounds me.
It really is true that having kids changes everything. It's like my favorite scene in When Harry Met Sally, where Billy Crystal tells Meg Ryan, " I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."
